This year, we will continue building upon our efforts to improve the quality and service we provide to you. This includes expanding and perfecting the online ordering initiative mentioned in my last update, Launched last summer, making our products available to order online 24/7 via shop.abcmetalroofing.com simplifies the material ordering process for you from quoting through to delivery. And while the tool already allows you to find product information, see accurate pricing, and place orders anytime, anywhere and from any device, we are continuing to enhance the tool by adding new functionalities. So far, we’ve added the ability to order structural products and custom trim from the site, and have also launched the mark-up feature, which allows you to add pricing mark-up to your customer’s quotes. Also in 2018, ABC will continue our commitment to delivering quality products and exceptional customer service to you. In this effort, we have and will continue to ask for your honest and constructive feedback through our Voice of the Customer survey. Capturing your invaluable insight in this format ensures we recognize and capitalize on enhancement opportunities in ways that make the most difference to you.
