As always, American Building Components (ABC) is proud of our more than 100-year legacy of providing superior steel products and delivering exceptional customer experiences. To build upon this tradition, we continually look for opportunities to improve our organization for the benefit of our customers. In this update, I’d like to share how we’re working to ensure we remain steadfast in our commitment to supporting our customers’ businesses.

For ABC, improving our organization starts with our employees as they are invaluable in our ability to manufacture reliable products of value and to keep our customers’ needs at the forefront of our day-to-day operations. These efforts to foster a culture of innovation and to hold ourselves and each other accountable for driving improvement at every level of our organization is proving to strengthen our team so we are better equipped to reduce your wait times, ensure order accuracy and provide better overall service to you. In addition to refining our internal operational processes and encouraging each other to find better ways to provide seamless, convenient solutions to our customers, we are also committed to encouraging an environment that supports our team members both inside and outside of work. This is exemplified by our receipt of the Patriot Award, which recognizes our support of staff who serve our country as United States Armed Forces Guard and Reserve members. While innovative and efficient internal processes offer improved service, we are also focused on enhancing our product and service offerings to ensure you receive complete solutions from us. In my last update, I promised the unveiling of our new online ordering website, which was developed to simplify the way you order metal roof and wall panels, trim and accessories from ABC. I am proud to announce that—after many months of work—this tool launched last month and has received very positive feedback for its quick and accurate quote and order capabilities which are accessible anytime, anywhere and on any device.
