ABC PROJECT NAMED AMONG NFBA 'BUILDING OF THE YEAR' RECIPIENTS

Mar 4, 2018

Each year, the National Frame Building Association (NFBA) selects outstanding post-frame projects from the previous year that exceed customer expectations for their annual ‘Building of the Year’ awards. Our customer, Preferred Builders, chose to use our metal building products when constructing their post-frame wedding venue, Rosewood Manor, which won first place in the commercial building (5,000 – 10,000 sq. ft.) Experts Division category. Award winners were announced during the Awards Luncheon held on February 15th, 2018 during the 51st Annual National Frame Building Association (NFBA) Conference and Expo in Columbus.

NFBA Building of the Year 2017 Exterior - Small

First Place | Commercial Buildings (5,000 – 10,000 sq. ft.) – Expert’s Division

Rosewood Manor is a southerm plantation-style, controlled-climate, indoor-outdoor wedding venue in Miamisburg, Ohio with the capability of being open year-round. Post frame construction using ABC’s metal roofing panels was selected for this building project as it lowered overall costs and kept the schedule on time for already-scheduled events as work could be done at times when other construction methods would have not been viable. American Building Components is proud to have been selected as a metal panel supplier for this award-winning project. For more information on the products used for this building and other projects, visit our products page or contact your local sales representative for more information.
