Hurricanes Harvey and Irma have affected thousands of people across the Gulf of Mexico and Southeastern United States. With a nationwide footprint that includes manufacturing plants in Texas and Georgia, these storms threatened many of ABC’s employees and customers. While our facilities were spared, many of our customers, employees, neighbors and friends experienced damage to their homes and businesses.

In the wake of these storms, ABC is doing our part to make the recovery process easier for our distributors and their customers by shifting our production and delivery schedules in an effort to accommodate increased demand and help alleviate possible supply constraints in affected communities. Specifically, we are:

• increasing production and inventory levels of our non-warranty white, bare Galvalume and stock corrugated products in our Adel, GA and Memphis plants to ensure availability in affected areas
• increasing truck frequency to expedite deliveries in affected areas so repairs and replacements can be done quickly
• producing stock materials at 8-ft, 10-ft and 12-ft lengths to reduce the need for long-bed trailers, making it easier to purchase and deliver product
